Product Description:

UPPER:

• Cut from 2.0mm – 2.2mm Full Grain Printed Water Buffalo sides with Nubuck Leather trimmings
  • Increased girth area as per podiatry specifications
  • Padded bellows tongue is from a closed cell foam and made from a combination of Nubuck and Buffalo Leather
• The padded collar is from a closed cell foam
  • 3 pair D-Ring lace-up and hooks with corrosion-resistant gunmetal coating
  • Braided lace from polyester yarn and central core for additional strength

LINING:

• The quarter lining is from an industrial ferrabelle non-woven material
  • The vamp lining is from a hi-tech needle-fibre blend with excellent perspiration absorbency and treated with Ultra-Fresh to impart hygienic and anti-bacterial properties to the material

IN-SOCK & TOP SOCK:

• The in-sock is from an anti-static non-woven material that is bonded to a layer of EVA and contains Poron inserts at the heel and ball of the foot for enhanced comfort and support
• The Energiser Poron / EVA top sock is from a combination of polyester and wool, with excellent perspiration absorbency, and bonded to a layer of EVA
• The Poron inserts at the ball and heel of the top sock offer optimum support where it is needed most, ensuring dynamic impact compression and a gentle rebound with every step
• The top sock responds to weight and temperature, molding itself to the foot, resulting in fewer aches and pains • The top sock has been treated with Ultra-Fresh to impart hygienic and anti-bacterial properties to the material

SOLE:

• The sole is from double density PU/PU
  • The midsole is from a low density flexible Polyurethane with a shore hardness of 0.45mm – 0.5mm • The outer sole is from Polyurethane with a shore hardness of 0.64mm – 0.65mm
  • The shoe is engineered with an EVA insert at the heel for shock absorption
  • A shank reinforcement is molded into the midsole for additional arch support
  • The shoe can withstand temperatures up to 95 ̊C
  • The shoe is anti-static
  • If required, this shoe can be manufactured with a steel midsole

TOE CAP:

• Steel toe cap – extra-wide fitting
  • Can withstand an impact load of 200 joules

The Bremen shoe has been tested to comply with SANS/ISO 20345 specification and carries the SANS/ISO 20345 certified mark.
